I am a political scientist currently employed at the Peace Research Institute Oslo. I studied Anthropology, Computer Science, and Cognitive Science at the University of Freiburg, as well as Political Science at ETH Zurich. My early research was mostly focused on conflict processes in civil wars and sometimes methodological problems. I currently work on the political effects of social media technologies.
